Exodus class 13

The children of Israel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin and camped in Rephidim. This was a place between Egypt and Sinai.

Rephidim means resting place. There they had to battle Amalek.

Amalek is a type of the flesh, which always seems to come forth to try to take the Christian out from rest. Will there be success in battling the flesh or will weariness overcome?
